Bacon Breakfast Casserole Description: Ingredients: 8 slices white (or other) bread, crusts trimmed Sometimes I like the crusts. 8 slices Thick Sliced Bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled 1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained 2 green onions, sliced 1-1/2 cups Kraft Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese or Mexican mix or other favorite cheese. 4 eggs, beaten 2 cups milk Directions: Place four bread slices on bottom of greased 8-inch square baking pan. Sprinkle bacon, mushrooms, onions and cheese over bread. Cover with remaining bread slices. Mix eggs and milk; pour over bread. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour or overnight. Bake, uncovered, at 350 F for 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
