INGREDIENTS 2 large eggs1 cup milk1 ¾ cup flour1 Tbsp sugar1 tsp baking powder¼ tsp salt DIRECTIONS 1. Beat eggs until foamy. 2. Add milk 3. Mix in flour, sugar, baking powder and salt until smooth. 4. Heath 3/4 inch deep of oil or shortening. 5. Pour batter into hot oil. 6. Starting at the center of the skillet pour batter into hot oil in a spiral shape. 7. Fry until golden brown, flip and repeat. 8. Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. NOTES: Oil should be about 375 degrees.
